MDF or Medium Density Fibreboard MDF is is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down
softwood (usually plantation grown radiata pine) into fibres, combining them
with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and
pressure. Benefits of MDF:
MDF is recommended for interior applications only such as
shelving, furniture, doors, detailed joinery, lacquered furniture, furniture

MDF - Cut to Size We stock a large range of mdf sheets. We can cut panels from these sheets and will only charge for what you use - not the for the full sheet. For example, if you only require that we cut up half a sheet for you, we will only charge you for half a sheet plus the cutting charge. We cut MDF with a panel saw - providing a very smooth cut - to an accuracy of +/- 1mm.
