MDF or Medium Density Fibreboard

We supply full sheets and cut to size MDF - to your specifications.

We stock 16 and 18mm MR MDF in 2400 x 1200 sheets. Other thicknesses to order - next day delivery.

EO MDF is also available to order in pack lots - minimum order quantities apply.

Standard MDF is available in various sheet sizes and thicknesses - Pricing and Sizes

We generally charge $5 per m2 for panels cut to size.

These doors are laminated in a custom built door press - doors available hollow core or solid

Blockboard Doors

Manufactured to Australian Standard AS 2688 (1984). Blockboard is made up from timber strips (radiata pine) which is laminated to form a solid panel which is then veneered with a crossband veneer before being finished with a paint grade or decorative face veneer either side to make up a solid core door panel.

Available in standard thicknesses: 21, 35, 38, 40 & 44 mm.

2100 x 900 & 1200 mm,

2400 x 900 & 1200 mm

2700 x 900 & 1200 mm.

We keep stock of 2400 x 900 x 35mm Premium Grade Blockboard doors and will cut them to your specifications. Other sizes are available within 2 to 5 working days.
