Our Quotation                                                       

After you have submitted your information, we will prepare a quotation for you.  This usually takes a few days - depending on how many quotes we have in our system.

Your quotation will look like this Hafele ICS Kit sample quotation.

It will list each of your Hafele ICS Kits and their prices.  It will list your cabinet doors, drawer fronts and end panels with their prices.  It will also list hinges, handles, draw runners, drawers and benchtop prices (if you have requested them).  Packaging and Freight will be listed separately.

Ordering

If you like our quotation and wish to proceed with an order, we request a 30% deposit with your order.  This deposit can be paid by direct deposit, credit card over the phone, faxed credit card details, cheque or money order.

Delivery and Assembly

About 10 working days after us receiving your deposit your Hafele ICS Kits should be available for delivery (or pick up).  Your panels may take a little longer depending on which type you have ordered.  Benchtops take a similar period of time to Hafele ICS Kits.

As soon as we have received your componentry, we will ask for final payment.  Once received your kitchen components will be shipped (or available for pick up).

Depending on the size of  your kitchen, you should be able to assemble your cabinets and attach your panelling over a weekend.
