These doors are laminated in a custom built door press - doors available hollow core or solid

Blockboard Doors

Manufactured to Australian Standard AS 2688 (1984). Blockboard is made up from timber strips (radiata pine) which is laminated to form a solid panel which is then veneered with a crossband veneer before being finished with a paint grade or decorative face veneer either side to make up a solid core door panel.

Available in standard thicknesses: 21, 35, 38, 40 & 44 mm.

Sheet Sizes: 2040 x 820mm,

2100 x 900 & 1200 mm,

2400 x 900 & 1200 mm

2700 x 900 & 1200 mm.

We keep stock of 2400 x 900 x 35mm Premium Grade Blockboard doors and will cut them to your specifications. Other sizes are available within 2 to 5 working days.
